What we do

  • We analyze the communication of companies and institutions. Quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • We give recommendations and simplify communication.
  • We pass on our knowledge in trainings and workshops.

How the process works

  1. First a diagnosis. We need a good sample of your communication, and when we have one – we do a survey. We measure your communication quantitatively (using tools) and qualitatively (by reading and commenting on your texts).
  2. The survey allows us to prepare recommendations to make your communication simpler, more effective and more relatable.
  3. Then, if needed, we can train your team and check you again in some time.

How much does it cost

We price projects individually, but we know from practice that investing in simple communication is a good decision.

Our sample projects

There were some of these… 😉

For example, once to study a portion of communication at ING – we used an external company. Until, after several such studies, we realized that we could do it on our own. And so we did. Since then, we have regularly, on a quarterly basis, researched several to several thousand texts. We did it in such a way that we could compare results from different quarters with each other. This allowed us to move from a routine “check” to really managing the process of simplifying communication.

At other times, we looked at how to scale up communication simplification. We knew that we were doing a good job on a daily basis, but there were far too few of us in the team… That’s when our knowledge and technical skills came in handy, thanks to which – from meeting to meeting – the idea for an application for diagnosing and simplifying texts was hatched. That’s how, together with Logios, we created Prostomat, which still works today and is doing very well; several thousand texts a month go through it.

Finally, training and workshops, of which we have hundreds to our credit. First there was basic training in the principles of simple language. Over time, we began to workshop to give our groups in-depth knowledge and practice simplification together. Then we began to work with the elite – the most linguistically gifted employees who, over time, have been vigilant about simplicity in their environment. The icing on the cake was certification – that is, a program of training and exams to confirm the high skills of our colleagues.
